Photo on the Ellen DeGeneres Show

Today I received a call from the Ellen DeGeneres show asking permission to use the picture above for a show on Thursday October 2nd, 2008. I have given them permission to use the picture and I am quite excited about this. Below is the email that I received from one of the reseachers/producers.

Hello

We have Jack Hanna booked for a taping tomorrow and he is bringing a Toucan with him. He has a story about a Toucan sleeping and we would like to use your photo of a Toucan sleeping as an illustration. We found your photo on flickr. Can we have permission to use your photo as part of our program?

Night At the Ball Game

So this evening I went to one of the last Blue Jays Game of the series. It was a pretty good game and I was in good company with my friend Kathleen. AJ Burnette pitched for 8 innings and did a really good job.

International Film Festival in Toronto

So this weekend I decided to go out star gazing in Toronto and see what stars I would see. So I went to Roy Thompson Hall and say Anne Hathaway...she is so gorgeous. Then off to the Intercontiental Hotel on Bloor street and there I saw Larry Charles (Director of 18 Seinfeld episodes), Jacob Pitts one of the team members in the movie 21, Adam Scott from the movie Knocked UP (he was the male nurse) and finally Sam Neil he played a major character in the movie Jurrasic Park... It was a great weekend..I think that I will try to get a picture of Antonio Banderas tonight at the 9pm opening of his new film The Other Man.

Family Weekend in Paris, On

I spent the weekend with my family and had a great time. We visited St. Jacobs to see the menonites and do a little shopping. We also visited Dunfurd Castle in Hamilton. It was a pretty cool place but I did not get a Ghost on film.

Which flowers should I choose?

I was thinking the other day of making frames for Christmas for my mother and she really likes flowers. So I went to Edward Gardens a few time this summer and took hundreds of pictures. I am not sure which one to choose. Here are my favorites.

This week was the Paris Fair in Paris, Ontario. On Saturday we went to the smash up derby and met some pretty cool people. There were a lot on interesting people too.

I got to meet Walter Gretzky. This man is pretty amazing he caught me talking a picture while he was dancing and came to me and said you need a picture with me too.
