Mauro Bomben

I learned of the death of a colleague in Toronto recently. I was devestated about the news and it really bothered me that I did not have a chance to visit my old employment stomping ground before his passing.

This just proves that when God tells you it is your time...it's your time. If I had to write a letter to Mauro today this is what it would read.

Dear Mauro,

Today I was saddened about the news that you have gone to heaven. I really miss our conversations about photography, hockey or whatever was on our minds.

You always had a way to make things easy to understand. I really enjoyed the weekends were we went out for the day taking pictures and critiquing our pictures.

I know that my feet hurt after a full day of walking around Toronto getting all those pictures in...

I must tell you that I will miss very much.....please make sure that you keep and eye on me and my family...
